    The Science Behind NVT

    NVT integrates principles from neuroscience, anatomy, and physiology:

    • Cranial System: The cranial system consists of the bones, membranes, and fluids that protect the brain and spinal cord. Imbalances here can restrict the nervous system’s function. By applying gentle adjustments, NVT improves communication between the brain and body, helping restore balance and reducing symptoms such as headaches or fatigue.

    • Nervous System: The nervous system regulates nearly every function in the body, from movement to emotions. Chronic stress or trauma can place it in a prolonged state of hypervigilance, contributing to pain, tightness, and fatigue. NVT helps calm the nervous system by engaging its parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) mode, promoting deep relaxation and recovery.

    • Fascia: Fascia is a network of connective tissue that encases every muscle, bone, and organ in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause a ripple effect of tension and dysfunction.   • The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs and the complexity of the issues being addressed.

    Some clients notice significant changes after just one or two sessions, while others may benefit from a series of sessions to address deeper or more long-standing imbalances.

  • An NVT session costs £100 for a 1.5-hour session.

  • If you're ready to schedule an individual session, simply choose a convenient date and time. Each session lasts for 1.5 hours.
