Happier Hour Talk
Not just for Dry January, July or Sober October. This session is about promoting workplace wellbeing and encouraging positive life choices and mindfulness among your team.
My ‘Happier Hour’ talk involves sharing my personal journey and insights, encouraging organisations to support their colleagues and clients in making positive lifestyle choices.
What to expect…
My story – I will share my sober journey in an entertaining and relatable way, highlighting the importance of language, mindset, and mindfulness.
Support – Advice about the importance of supporting friends, colleagues and clients... Don’t be an unintentional booze bully (I was one of those for years!), and make sure you have alcohol-free options available at socials.
Connect – The opportunity to connect with me.
Pop-up bar – Alcohol-free drinks tasters and a cocktail demonstration at my Sober Jo pop-up bar.
Workplace Wellbeing
Participants are invited to think about the importance of language, mindset, and mindfulness when making informed life choices, asking themselves, "Is this serving me?"
Alcohol-Free Drinks
The session includes alcohol-free drink tasters and a cocktail demonstration at The Sober Jo pop-up bar.
Fun for everyone!
Including alcohol-free events in the corporate social calendar is essential for inclusivity and promoting a healthy work culture.
